Hello Albert,

I was so surprised to learn I didn't have to be returning to the dealer for maintenance services. The people at the dealership made me believe my new car warranty would be void if I didn't. When my tires needed air the day after the dealership had serviced my car and you pointed out that the little the valve stem caps were missing, which in turn ruined the tire pressure monitor I was really upset.

You placed new caps for free, then showed me the law which forbids dealerships from even implying I had to bring my car back to them. Never again will I waste my time & money at a dealership especially since they cost me money due to their sloppy work.
